Over the holiday break we were so lucky to be invited to our friends family cabin with them. We loaded up the girls, winter clothes, and headed up to Cascade to enjoy a winter break with the Pattersons. It was so beautiful when we arrived. There was snow everywhere. When we arrived the Bishops were there- they are student ward friends which we have know for many years, and Bret and Ivan were friends growing up. Small world. Lorie was going to be induced to have her baby in three days. She was brave to make that trip.
The Andersons were able to come up as well. It was a fun filled weekend.
Sledding turned out to be a little more work because we had to blaze our own trail through the snow, but still fun. Lizzy enjoyed the ride to the hill.
In the morning we headed to McCall to eat at the pancake house for breakfast. YUMMY!!!!!
Then we decided to try ice skating. Even the little ones could do it.
They held onto buckets and away they went.
Lots of food, games, and snow. It is always fun to hang out with our friends.
